Andersen (Andie) Grace Paulus was born on February 19, 2009. She was fine at birth but became ill shortly after being home. After many tests, she was diagnosed with 'coarctation of the aorta'. This is her blog for updates, prayers, and words of encouragement. Thank you for being here.

What a sweet picture...I pray that you will be holding your baby girl again very soon!
I'm not sure how I got here but I have been going back and reading Andie's story! She is a sweetheart!!! I am Mommy to another miracle baby with a special heart! She is 3 now and had heart surgery just 12 days before her 3rd birthday. She should have had it before age 1 but God is good and He sustained her through some hard times.
I am sure you already know, but you have been given a VERY SPECIAL gift in Andie! And she has that fighting spirit I can tell from your blog header photos! I understand all about watching that monitor. We still check our Li'l Miss's SATS here at home from time to time when her fingers look a bit blue. It will get easier but it is a new normal!
